How do I create an account?

  1. Go to the Sign Up page

  2. Enter your email, password, and required details

  3. Verify your email (if required)

  4. Log in to access your dashboard

How do I become a creator?

  1. Create a JiveLive account

  2. Go to Become a Creator or Creator Settings in your dashboard

  3. Complete your profile and verification (if required)

  4. Set your subscription pricing and payout details

  5. Start posting content and earning

How do I post content?

To post content:

  1. Log in and go to Create Post

  2. Drag and drop your media into the text area or click the upload icon

  3. Add a caption and choose whether it’s:

    • Standard post

    • Paid post

  4. Click Publish

What type of content can I upload?

You can share:

  • Photos

  • Short videos

  • Text posts

  • Voice notes (if enabled)

All content must follow our Community Guidelines and comply with local laws.

How do I set my subscription price?

  1. Go to Creator Settings → Subscription Price

  2. Choose your monthly price (within allowed limits)

New subscribers will be charged your updated price.

Can I earn from tips and paid posts?

How do I subscribe to a creator?

  1. Visit the creator’s profile

  2. Click Subscribe

  3. Choose your payment method (card, PayPal – if enabled)

  4. Confirm the subscription

Once subscribed, you can view their exclusive content and chat with them (if messaging is enabled).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime:

  1. Go to Account → Subscriptions

  2. Select the creator’s subscription

  3. Click Cancel Subscription

You’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Can I send tips?

Yes. On supported profiles and posts you’ll see a Tip button. Enter the amount, confirm payment, and the creator will receive it (minus platform fees / taxes).

What payment methods are supported?

JiveLive supports:

  • Credit and debit cards (via Stripe)

  • PayPal (if enabled by the administrator)

Available methods may vary by country.

How do creator withdrawals work?

Creators can request withdrawals once they reach the minimum threshold:

  1. Go to Earnings / Wallet in your dashboard

  2. Check your available balance

  3. Click Request Withdrawal

  4. Choose PayPal or Bank Transfer (if enabled)

  5. Confirm the request

Withdrawals are manually processed by the administrator as an extra security check.

How are fees and taxes applied?

  • Platform fees and applicable taxes are configured by the site administrator

  • Fees may be applied per transaction and/or at withdrawal

  • Creators can see all deductions clearly in their earnings dashboard

How do I report a user or a post?

To report:

  1. Open the user profile or the specific post

  2. Click the three dots (⋯)

  3. Select Report

Our moderation team will review the report and take appropriate action.

Can I block another user?

Yes. You can block users from:

  • Viewing your profile

  • Messaging you

Use the Block option from the three-dot menu on their profile or in the chat.

How does JiveLive keep the platform safe?

We use:

  • Account and identity checks (where enabled)

  • Content review

  • Reporting and blocking tools

  • Manual and automated moderation

  • Secure payment processing
