JiveLive is a premium creator platform built for sharing exclusive content, meaningful interactions, and community engagement in a safe and responsible environment. These Community Guidelines are designed to protect users, maintain platform integrity, comply with global regulations, and ensure compatibility with major payment providers.

All users — creators, subscribers, and visitors — must follow these rules.
Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.


1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Every user agrees to:

  • Treat others respectfully

  • Follow local and international laws

  • Maintain a safe and positive environment

  • Use the platform responsibly

  • Protect personal information

  • Avoid harmful or misleading activities

JiveLive reserves the right to review and moderate content to uphold these standards.


2. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following types of content are not allowed under any circumstances:

2.2 Harmful or Dangerous Content

Content or behavior that encourages:

  • Self-harm or suicide

  • Dangerous challenges or stunts

  • Encouraging harm toward others

  • Threats of violence

  • Harassment, bullying, or abuse

  • Hate speech or discrimination


2.3 Fraud, Scams & Deception

Not allowed:

  • Fake identities or impersonation

  • Misrepresenting earnings, services, or offerings

  • Phishing, social engineering, or malware

  • Pyramid schemes or get-rich-quick scams

  • Selling non-existent products or services


2.4 Unauthorized Commercial Activities

Prohibited:

  • Unapproved advertising or spamming

  • Paid promotions without disclosure

  • Selling physical goods without permission

  • Conducting external transactions to avoid platform fees

  • Redirecting users off-platform for purchases


2.5 Sensitive Personal Data

Users may not post:

  • Passwords, addresses, or financial information

  • Someone else's private conversations

  • Government documents

  • Confidential business information


3. CONTENT STANDARDS FOR CREATORS

Creators must ensure that all content:

  • Is legal and compliant

  • Belongs to them (no copyright violations)

  • Does not infringe on third-party intellectual property

  • Is accurately represented

  • Does not create safety, financial, or emotional harm

Creators are responsible for moderating their own pages and reporting suspicious activity.


4. USER CONDUCT RULES

All users must adhere to the following behavioral standards:

4.1 Respectful Interactions

Not allowed:

  • Harassment

  • Insults, slurs, or hate speech

  • Threats or intimidation

  • Persistent unwanted messaging

  • Targeting individuals or groups with negativity


4.2 No Manipulation or Exploitation

Users may not:

  • Exploit vulnerable individuals

  • Pressure others into purchasing or tipping

  • Misuse reporting tools

  • Attempt to solicit external financial transfers

  • Manipulate others through emotional or psychological tactics


4.3 No Automation Abuse

Strictly prohibited:

  • Bots

  • Auto-refresh tools

  • Scrapers

  • Automated messaging tools

  • Crawling or mirroring the platform

  • Attempting to access internal systems


5. PAYMENT & FINANCIAL SAFETY

To comply with global banking and payment regulations:

5.1 Allowed Transactions

Users may:

  • Subscribe to creators

  • Tip creators

  • Unlock paid posts

All transactions must occur through JiveLive’s approved payment processors.


5.2 Prohibited Financial Activities

Absolutely NOT allowed:

  • Off-platform payments (PayPal, bank, crypto directly)

  • Selling financial advice (unless properly licensed)

  • Investment schemes

  • Promoting gambling

  • Money laundering or obfuscating transaction origins


6. MINORS & AGE SAFETY

  • JiveLive strictly prohibits accounts for minors

  • No content may depict or reference minors in a harmful, exploitative, or inappropriate manner

  • No child endangerment or data collection involving minors

  • Users must verify identity if requested

Violations lead to immediate, permanent bans.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Do not upload anything you do not own.

Prohibited:

  • Reposting copyrighted music, movies, TV, or images

  • Using someone else’s branding, logo, or likeness without permission

  • Uploading stolen or scraped content

Creators must have full rights to everything they post.


8. PRIVACY & INFORMATION SECURITY

Users must respect privacy:

  • No doxxing

  • No sharing private conversations or messages

  • No collecting user data

  • No storing or distributing subscriber information

JiveLive follows strict privacy standards as detailed in our Privacy Policy.


9. SPAM & PLATFORM ABUSE

Not allowed:

  • Spamming comments or messages

  • Mass-following/unfollowing to manipulate engagement

  • Using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

  • Posting repetitive or low-quality content


10. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

Depending on the severity of the violation, JiveLive may take:

  • Content removal

  • Feature restrictions

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent account termination

  • IP address bans

  • Legal reporting to authorities (for severe violations)

We may suspend withdrawals during an investigation.
